I got this cupping machine as I started working out. Some of my muscles and joints have been sore. I cupped my shoulder and right above my knee. It has strong suction. There are two settings. It's easy to use. I did feel that it helped my shoulder and knee. I've had to use it consistently (about every 3-4 days) to continue pain management. 

Much more powerful with those traditional sets I've been using. And it's easier to use as I just need to press some buttons. Not to mention the great sealing compared to frequent leaking of the traditional cupping. Expensive but definitely worth the money.

I was sooo excited to start using these & wow!! It’s sooo easy to use. I LOVE there are levels for suction, different modes, and temperatures!! I was planning to get the suction cup therapy then I saw this and got it. This is great and works great. It got different temperature settings and great suction. If you are looking for something similar which you can use at home then this is it. Highly recommend it. 

After dealing with a sore shoulder for a few days to a week and it seemed to persist I decided to search the internet for ideas and solutions. Cupping seemed to be the answer for me for many reasons and for many situations, so I figured that was going to be the route I would take, and I am happy with my choice in both the practice and the product. These rechargeable cups with heat and massage are perfect for me as I can apply them myself whenever needed with a press of a button. There are twelve settings for pressure and also settings for heat making it beneficial for whatever muscle pain you may have. There are also two types of modes, first is basic cupping where the suction is a constant, whereas the second mode is more like a massage as it pulses the suction. A nice feature is the release button which allows you to stop the treatment and release the suction, the button has a raised dot so you can feel it without seeing which button it is. Comes with replacement foam o-rings and charging cables. Tube is easily removed to clean after use. It has worked for my pain and I believe is helping with blood flow, try it for yourself.

I've previously purchased a cupping set from another buyer that broke after a few uses (plastic made) so I was seeking something a bit more modern. This item is definitely reliable, holds a great charge, has a cool heating option, and does the job when it comes to cupping. My husband has back pain and he found relief from this device. I wish it sold as a pair but still enjoyed the purchase.

I love this product because I’m able to do cupping on myself without making an appointment and spending all the time commuting to a location to have someone do it on me. This is way more affordable and I can do the cupping whenever I want. The product is easy to use and I’m able to target exactly what muscle groups I want to work, rather than relying on someone else to guess where the cups should be placed. The massaging feature and the red light is also added benefits.

These things are amazing, I bought a couple to try and they are good, now I am buying four more. Good suction and easy to use.

Very easy to use, with two different sizes of suction cups. There are different suction, physiotherapy modes and infrared heat adjustable. The suction is so strong that it won't fall off your back. The effect is the same as in the store, and it is a very familiar experience for those who have experienced cupping, and can achieve the expected relaxing effect.

This cupping device is very well made and quite sturdy. I was extremely impressed with the amount of suction power that this device has, for being relatively small. I suggest starting on the lowest level, until you get comfortable using the device, because the suction power is quite strong. It charged fairly fast and held the charge much longer than I expected, even after I used it for several hours treating various parts of my body. I have been using this multiple times a day on a few spots that constantly cause me pain, and I have noticed an decrease in my pain level after using it 3 times a day for several days in a row. It is very portable and I consider the device to be an excellent gift, especially for people who are dealing with body aches and pains. Excellent device! 

It took me a while to use it initially and I wanted to get a few uses before reviewing. It does exactly what the description says and it was exactly what I was looking for when I bought it. I have always been interested in cupping and Gua sha and this does both for me I mainly use it on my lower back and glutes and I am completely satisfied with how I feel after. 

Cupping usually requires two people to perform. This electric cupping device makes it easy for me to cup myself. I just adjust the intensity after turning it on and press where I want it. It won't fall off. My personal feeling is pretty good.

This is a very good set of electric cups all neatly stored in a very nice gray carrying case. Two chargers are included, which is great since you can charge both cups at once, and the charge does last for a fairly long time -- I've been impressed!The cups have four buttons: on/off, heat level/intensity level/and 'panic button' or instant release! In that sense, it's a great cupping set for beginners. If the suction feels too strong, just push that instant release!The directions included are not the easiest to understand, so I did need to spend some time just playing around with the settings. Also not quite intuitive is the fact that the 'preferred' mode of cupping requires you to turn the cup on, then click again to get that second mode working. (To clarify: there are two modes -- one is straight suction, the other is modulated suction -- an in and out release of the suction. That second mode is specified in the directions as the 'preferred' mode to start with, and the one I found most useful as well.)Basic suction is good (and it can get quite intense if you level up) and there's a 5 minute automatic timer (also very helpful). The 5-minute, mid-level suction level left an imprint on my skin, but no bruising. I've tried this on several areas -- my partner's back, my legs, my hips, and a friend's upper chest/shoulder area. In all cases there was noted relief. I do think the red light helps a little with that too.Overall, VERY pleased with this set! I really like the case as well -- it has holders for the cups and a nice mesh area to store the chargers as well as the additional foam o-rings that can replace what the cups come preloaded with (the o-rings basically keep it all clean inside). Recommended!

Because I work at a desk, my shoulder area is constantly aching. I bought it to try it and the result is great. I was worried if there would be a scar, but it disappears after a while.

It’s very easy to use , portable even in your travel. Help for muscle pain 

This is my first time trying cupping with heat and a remote control, and I love it! Compare to the old way of cupping, I can change the temperature and the level of suction, that is what impressed me the most. I was able to adjust the level of suction that meets my comfort level, a huge plus and a serious upgrade from the old manual way of cupping!Though it does get a little used to when trying to adjust the temperature and the suction level, but once I got a hand of it, it was awesome. Make sure that when you are ready to release the pressure, be ready to grab the suction cup, or it will fall off. 

The suction is really strong and for this little guy really surprised me.

It feels good to use that. It is relaxing. It is strong and long lasting battery.you can do it by yourself. Do not need anybody. Highly happy about it and suggest.

The massager does have suction and is helpful for some sore areas. Take it slow at first and test it on different parts of your body for a minute or two. It really provides a therapeutic benefit, whether it's my shoulders, back or legs, providing quick comfort and relaxation. Will order again for my parents! 

Let me start with…I suffer from myofascial syndrome of the neck. I usually get tense/tight right traps and a tight scalene muscles and have to weekly get trigger point injections. This helps a lot and I mean A LOT! Sure there’s gonna be some bruising but that’s to be expected because it’s a suction device. I’ve read reviews of pinching and whatnot. Please, read the instructions and recommendations — use lotion or oil to avoid friction. Other than that, this helps alleviate my pain for about 2-3 days which is more than what the trigger point injections last. Since the holidays are coming, this will be an amazing gift 

My mom experiences leg pain and normally does traditional cupping which is a pretty long process to set up. This is perfect for us. It is quick and easy to use.

Comes with two cupping massager, a manual, ginger oil and charging cable. It is fairly easy to use once you read the manual.Really helps alleviate the pain , i like to use it on my calves and on my quads. My knee instantly feel better after each use. You may see some red cupping marks. Make sure you start with the lower level pressure

I have been using this for a little while and it has good suction. You need to use oil to help move the device around. If you leave it in one place too long, you have to pull the device off. Don't let it sit too long in one place, the suction is strong and can hurt. 

This product was purchased for our swimmer. With 8 pool practices a week plus dry-land practices, muscles can become pretty sore. A lot of swimmers go to the chiropractor for cupping - we were looking for an at home alternative to save on time and recurring expense.This product arrived very quickly. Product ships with a small massage oil and easy to understand instructions for use. After quickly making sure the product was charged, it got put to use for a sore right triceps. We used the default settings of 3 suction and 20 minutes. I wasn't expecting the donut hole appearance, but aside from the slightly different appearance, results were comparable to a visit to the chiropractor / typical cupping. 100% relieved the sore muscle and was immediately put to targeted use on other sore muscles.We'll use this a lot, and will probably purchase another so two areas can be cupped concurrently. 

I have tried a lot of different things for my shoulder pain and I've even tried cupping just with the plastic cups, which did help somewhat which is why I think this will help even more. Easy to use right out of the box and I think overtime it will definitely help. Pain-free to do it and it's pretty easy to do it on yourself. Hopefully within time I'll take the pain in my shoulder away completely.

This suction cup is strong and it helps so much. I really like to use it after a workout even to relax. I like the red light therapy. I like the different levels provided since it’s very strong I go with basic levels. One of the things I do have difficult with is when I put it on my shoulder. I have trouble releasing the cup off because I can’t see the button, so I don’t put it on my back when I’m alone and use it with someone around me in case I struggle to take it off. 

I am loving this set the suction is strong and the heat feels wonderful. If you enjoy cupping you will love these it's cupping plus mode.Only thing is I'm going to have to buy more now because two just isn't enough!!!

I was going to weekly cupping appointments which were working, but was costing me a ton of money. I purchased this and wow! This has worked way better than any cupping appointments I had. Highly recommend!!! 

I like the design. It’s stylish and easy to use. There is actually a small bump on one of the buttons so you can feel which button you are pressing without looking at it. The suction power is very strong in my opinion. I tried the lowest gear, and 5 seconds later, my back was already red. This may vary from person to person though. I’ll probably put some lotion or massage oil on my skin before applying the cup next time, to make it go a little easier on my skin. The only complaint I have is the manual. The translation is pretty good in general but can be better.

I love this cupping massager device. It has four functions: cupping, heating, red light and massage. The control panel is simple and easy to read. Strong suction power. I found it easy to use and helped reduce my pain. Portable, rechargeable, and adjustable.

Always want to find a professional place to do so but this totally changes it. It heats up fast and a five minutes session can relieve my all day work stress. Definitely recommend it!

Honestly when it starts working I start panicking. It’s sucking skin but how to stop it? What if I never can remove it. 😁😅 so anyway, try to read instructions BEFORE using. And don’t worry - it’s easy to remove. And obviously easy to leave marks on the skin. Did I mention to read instruction BEFORE USING? Or make a good excuse why you have bruises all around your body just because you forgot to read. 😁However it’s really enjoyable and relaxing if you use it properly.

Works amazing and have a really strong suctioning. I was only able to handle level 1 but my husband prefers level 4.

It is possible to use it yourself except in your back. It has good suction, but nothing so strong that you will feel it pulling. Good for using a sauna.

This massager is very fancy and works great. Such a product for some reason is everywhere and my wife was behind me to get one for a long. Hence decided to try this. I like the quality. It is easy to use. It has 2 different size of cups. The remote control is helpful. I am amazed it worked well. It has good suction and heat. I targeted my painful knots and it did really helped me. I will continue to use it! I loved it! It is worth buying!

This thing works great! I couldn’t believe the suction power from this little thing. It was so strong it caught me off guard and I about forgot which button to press to release the suction. I’m a fan of the soothing “breathing pattern.” Super easy to operate.

I've been interested in "cupping for a while" and this device is super handy! It's easy to use and wow does it work well, too. I pulled a muscle in my upper back near the shoulder so I charged it and had my husband put it on. Within seconds, you could feel it "sucking" against the skin and in a few minutes the pressure seemed to be less on my muscle. I will say when I took it off, it left a HUGE red circle on my back so be wary if you apply it to areas that are visible. Otherwise, it's pretty cool and I was surprised at how much I liked it.

This doesn’t have an intense suction cup; but it’s feels good. It’s automated.

I keep my stress in my shoulders and sometimes they ache like I have the flu.I used one cupping device on one shoulder (kept the other as a control) for a five minute cycle.I was REALLY impressed. The device goes through a suction cycle - applying increasing suction, then dropping and increasing again. The vacuum isn't pulled hard enough / long enough for it to be painful.After one use, my shoulder aches less and my neck seems to have better range of motion.I am so excited to use these 1-2x a week to keep my daily discomfort levels down!If you're worried about it being too much pressure (I have done traditional cupping and come out looking like I lost a fight with an octopus), the device has an immediate release button that works fast. We really like this automated cupping device. It can easily be put on by the push of a button. You can easily change the suction level and heat. To release you simply press the release button and it lets go. The heating is nice to have. We do a lot of cupping and have a glass cupping set that we heat the glass and apply to get suction and heat so having these are easy and quick.

Cupping is not new to me but the traditional set up process is a bit long and time consuming. I wanted to be able to utilize this for some circulation benefits and tension relief but I wanted to find a better way to go about it. I came across this powered model n Amazon and wanted to give it a shot. First thing I noticed is that it has various heat functions that the traditional way doesn’t give, that is a plus. Second thing is that it’s very east to understand the directions and set up. I can easily utilize this anytime and anywhere I want. It has very good suction and the settings make pretty customizable for my needs. Works as advertised. I like it.

This realized the heated function the tradition cupping doesn’t have.Very practical but I wish they have different sizes of the cups.

It does help tight muscles. Hurts at first and will leave a make for almost a week now. 2 came wish one was a little smaller to get like the neck or smaller spots. Has a 5 min timer on it. And different levels you can pick. I'm happy overall. Not bad

I love this cupping device! I tore my hamstring a few months ago and find this to be very helpful .It comes with very clear instructions/ is easy to use .There are varying degrees of suction and heat which makes it very versatile to use on different muscles / areas of the body!Definitely getting another as a Christmas gift for a friend!

I have to admit I wasn't a believer, but I have felt improvement in my shoulder with cupping. The remote is especially convenient because I can adjust the suction and temperature easily.Afterwards I do look like I lost a fight to an octopus, but the lessened shoulder pain is worth it.The battery on this thing lasts for days. Overall happy with my purchase. 

I occasionally go to an acupuncture clinic and have cupping done with my facial. It always feels really nice on my face. When I first tried this out, the cupping was so strong, I freaked out that it was going to hurt me. I soon remembered the release button, and I was able to continue the session without anxiety that I was going to give myself a bunch of spots that look suspiciously like giant hickies. I ended up getting over the learning curve fairly quickly and got pretty good at cupping on my own. I like that there are two sizes. I use the smaller on on my face.Now I can do this on my own and use cupping therapy sessions on my muscle tension and for facials. I have felt noticeable relief on my tense muscles after a session. I'm not sure how much the red light therapy helps, but it's an addition that doesn't hurt, so I suppose it's a nice a feature. I highly recommend this budget conscious cupping device for an effective and user-friendly cupping therapy session.One thing to be aware of, is that if you don't get the cup screwed on well enough, it loses suction. I thought mine was broken until I tightened the cup.

I bought it because it is easy to carry so I can use it in the car, easy to operate, powerful battery, strong suction, adjustable. Very relaxing after use. Used it for a week, everything is fine.
